I apologize for the lack of photos and art. On October 22, 2009 my father-in-law passed away. He was a Vietnam Veteran who basically died because of Agent Orange's effect on his body. He was 65. This loss to my family, in addition to last year's death of my own father, has impacted us a great deal. I am striving to find purpose in my life and fight the depression I've seeped into. I am currently getting help however the rode to recovering from the losses of both of our fathers will take time.

In the mean time, I hope to use photography to provide me an outlet among my journaling and poetry. I welcome any supportive thoughts you have and I hope everybody is doing well in their own lives.

I came up with this quote last week and it truly feels like my reality: "Death does not frighten me, only living on after those loved so dearly pass."

Life is short. People are here and then gone the next. I feel like I've squandered much of my life playing video games, fiddling on the internet and watching tv. I want to do something meaningful with my life and find purpose beyond laziness and lack of luster for life.

Truly as Spock would say, "Live long and prosper".
